Polished by KPT has a gorgeous new collection out - Cosmic XOdus (Part One), which consists of 10 amazing polishes in a similar style to the previous collection. There are three thermals, two duochromes, and four glitters, totally perfect for the holidays, and so unique! The collection will be restocked on December 15th, so check the bottom of the post for all the info! I’ve got a lot of swatches to share with you, so I’ll just get right into it.
A Dream Within A Dream is a polychromatic thermal that is a magenta berry jelly filled with purple, violet blue, and red shimmer in it’s cold state, and transitions to a milky lilac in it’s warm state. This ends up slightly brighter than it appears in the bottle and the shimmer really stands out from the base. I love the warm state so much, it’s such a different look from the cold, but just as gorgeous. I’m wearing three thin coats plus top coat in the photos.
Wreath for the Stars is a black jelly base full of shifting green micro flakies, blue, purple, and violet micro shimmer, and silver holographic glitter. This one is so genius, it really does remind me of a wreath. The blue and purple shifts are really noticable in person, not so much on my camera sadly. I’m wearing three thin coats plus top coat in the photos.
Wave Function is a fuchsia jelly filled with red, violet, and rainbow holographic shifting glitter. I just about died when I put this on my nails, it’s insanely beautiful! The base is perfect, and it’s packed with the tiniest glitter which makes the formula awesome. I’m wearing three thin coats plus top coat in the photos.
Nalani is a deep navy jelly full of blue, purple, green, and silver holographic shifting glitter. Another favorite of mine, it’s so magical! The blue base is a pretty sheer, but the purple really shines through and you absolutely have to see this one in person, it’s too pretty. It’s also more opaque in person than it looks in my photos. I’m wearing three thin coats plus top coat in the photos.
Bleeding Stars is a clear base full of silver, red, copper, and rainbow holographic glitter. It can be used alone or layered over a different base. It’s super sparkly, and I was surprised at how great the coverage was. I’m wearing three coats plus top coat in the photos.
Vacay 2 Venus is a clear base full of silver, light pink, mauve, and rainbow holographic glitter. All of those colors from a far ends up looking like a really beautiful ballet pink nude that’s insanely sparkly. I was also surprised how great the coverage was, it’s slightly more opaque than the previous one, only requiring two-ish coats, and I'm wearing top coat in the photos. This would be amazing layered over a nude polish too, I think!
Light-years is a clear base full of silver holographic glitter, micro bar holographic glitter, and gold shimmer. I was a bit scared of this one because bar glitter is not really my thing, however this is actually amazing! The gold shimmer really shines, and it ends up looking even more sparkly than it probably would with just the holos. The bars are super tiny so they end up looking similar to the effect in Lumieres from the last collection, until you look up close. It would be even better layered over other bases too. I’m wearing three coats plus top coat in the photos.
Another fantastic collection, but if I had to choose, my favorites are probably Nalani, Wave Function, Mars Escapade, and Light-years!

Aaaah nooo why do you keep posting such unbelieveably gorgeous swatches every time?! After seeing your Polished by KPT Paris & Me swatches I had to go buy Same Fall Different Beginning, Belle Ami and Cloudy Days Go Away :D (I'm wearing Belle Ami right now, it's so lovely!)
ReplyDeleteOut of these, I loooove Mars Escspade, Underneath the Milky Way, Wave Function so so so much, and Bleeding Stars :) I have to say that I hadn't heard of Polished by KPT a lot yet but after seeing your posts about them they have definitely become one of the polish companies I keep an eye out for!
Haha, thank you so much. I’m so glad you’ve been enjoying the swatches! They really are gorgeous polishes aren’t they? :)
DeleteThey are definitely among the gorgeoustest (is that a word?) polishes in my collection! :D
DeleteAll of these are really really beautiful! I can't even come close to picking a favourite.
