#WNAC2015 - August / Summer: Simple Abstract Floral Nails (+ Tutorial!)

Sunday, August 16, 2015
Hi everyone!

I have my second post for the #WNAC2015 (Weekly Nail Art Challenge) for August to share with you today.

The prompt last week was Magenta & Navy, so I paired some really simple, abstract florals with the inspiration colors, and I'm really happy with how they turned out.  You can view the tutorial at the end of the post if you'd like to learn how to recreate them! :)

I must say, I really love painting abstract or more "artistic / messy" florals like this.  It's so much fun, and of course a lot quicker than my extremely detailed ones.  For this design, I wanted to keep it very simple, so I only used 3 polishes plus the base color, and only jelly polishes for a more artsy appearance.  I think this is probably the most simple floral I've ever done, and maybe one of my favorites!

I always pair my lips with my nails, and I love a good bright lipstick, so I went with one of my favorites, Lime Crime Utopia.  It's the perfect match, I think!  The rings are from Hautelook from a while back too. :)

Polishes used: The Body Shop Frosting Fancy (base), Crazy for Blue, and The Body Shop Green, and OPI Push & Pur-pull.  Brush: Kolinsky #00 from Winstonia Store

  8. A few websites are the online branch of a solitary florist, while some different websites are an Internet retail facade for a system of florists on the web, who have united together to furnish homogeneous administration with standard offerings and home delivery across the country. Despite which online florist or florists you choose to utilize, you can make sure of getting top notch flowers that are chosen and masterminded by proficient botanical originators, and dependably conveyed to where you need them when you need them. https://www.premiumflowersdelivery.com/thanksgiving/

  9. Trees can be fake or live. They can have tiny lights in multi colors already on the tree if it is fake or you can hang large or small lights on the live trees. You can choose trees with root balls that can be planted in the yard. But if you do this remember many of the trees are very fast growing and you will need to plant it in a place that can handle a fast growing fir tree. Of course you could let it grow a few years then cut it down for your tree on of the following years. And there are always trends for decorating trees like from https://www.thechristmasflowersdelivery.com/. Some years it is all about color coordination. Some years the trees will be filled with plaids. But you don't have to follow them and you can always come up with your own Christmas tree decorating tips.
